Phil Davies

Phil has extensive experience within the medical sector having held senior positions at Johnson & Johnson, De Puy, Plus Orthopedics and Smith & Nephew, before founding Hospital Innovations, where he has recently divested his 100% interest.

A fellow of the University of Wales Institute, he holds a B.Ed, a degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Harvard. He has served as trustee of a local charity and as a governor of Cardiff Metropolitan University.
